The reports generated through Coverage Report belong to you. You retain full ownership of your report output and may use, share, or distribute your reports as you see fit.
The Coverage Report platform, including its design, code, branding, documentation, and all underlying technology, is the property of Carbon Spark Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any data presented in generated reports.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Carbon Spark Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at hello@coveragereport.ai. Upon account closure, any remaining credits will be forfeited.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. Where possible, we will provide reasonable notice before termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the new terms take effect. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
